Job summary

Schneider National in Minnesota is seeking a CDL-A driver for dedicated routes. You will haul Daimler/Freightliner parts in liftgate trailers, hand unload with pallet jack, and perform complex backs, about 5 loads per week across MN/WI.

The role includes night shifts, travel within Minnesota and Wisconsin, comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months), and performance bonuses up to 2% of gross pay annually.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver'sLicense (CDL).
