Job summary

Schneider National is hiring drivers for a dedicated overnight route to haul Daimler/Freightliner parts in liftgate trailers. You will perform 100% hand unloads using pallet jacks and execute slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs across routes in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

The position features mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, weekly performance pay, a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 for experienced drivers or $5,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid orientation, paid time off after six months with

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Night driving required.
• Live within 50 miles of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver'sLicense (CDL).


• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
