Why Drive With Us?

• Selected routes average between $1,769 - $1,865 per week / $92,000 - $97,000 per year
• Starting pay: $0.59 cpm
• Average 2,000 miles per week
• $20.25 stop pay with 5-6 stops per week

Home Daily:

• Night shift position
• Typical runs from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., with Sundays off and one additional day during the week
• The workweek starts Monday or Tuesday, depending on your selected bid route
• A five-day workweek with potential weekend work (Saturday or Sunday)

Type of Freight:

• Hauling food products, miscellaneous goods, and furniture to big box retail locations in the Nashville area and College Park, GA areas
• A mix of reefer and dry van (reefer experience is not required, training provided)
• 100% no-touch freight

• Drivers can bid on new routes twice a year, with opportunities to choose based on seniority

General Benefits:

• Drivers must live within a 75-mile radius
• Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Drivers must have Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
• No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
• No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
• No serious violations within the previous 12 months (e.g., 15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense in CMV related to fatality)
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years

Essential functions:

• Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
• Count freight
• Complete fuel tickets
• Obtain sales leads
• Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only)
• Perform pre-trip inspections
