If you are an experienced CDL-A Driver looking for a new driving job, the C.R. England Dedicated fleet is hiring drivers in the metro Denver area. This position offers consistent schedules and routes, with home time multiple times per week or weekly through the house.

• Home Time: Multiple times per week
• Requirements: Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience
• Note: This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Lane Details:

• RPM (Based on Verifiable Years of Experience): $0.70 to $0.80
• Annualized Pay: $73,372 - $82,212 depending on experience
• Operating primarily in Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,700
• Average Weekly Loads per Driver: 6.7
• Average Weekly Stops per Driver: 13
• Schedule: 7-day operation with day and night shifts
• Home Time: Multiple times per week
• Stop Pay: $17 per stop
• Mountain Driving Bonus (Nov-Mar, paid monthly): $1,000
• Safe and On-Time Mileage Bonus: Up to 3% of Mileage Pay
• Freight Type: Refrigerated Freight with Reefer training provided
• No-Touch Freight, Live Unload, and Drop Hook

Equipment:

• New 2025 trucks with auto-chains
• Automatic transmissions on all trucks

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 Years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent CDL-A experience
• Transportation to commute to and from the yard
