A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced full-time CDL-A Dedicated Flex Truck Driver for local runs and across multiple locations.

This role is not home daily, offering variety and growth within a family-owned logistics leader. Drivers earn $355 flat for local runs and $380 flat per day for sleep-out runs plus $50 per diem, with weekly pay, paid vacation, PTO, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Hazmat is required to start.
• Tanker endorsement to start or willingness to obtain in 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No more than three moving violations and/or accidents in the last three years.
• Ability to communicate effectively; read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Completing deliveries to location(s) based on daily manifest and pickups as needed.
• Ensuring safety and security of tractor and freight; adhere to DOT rules.
• Building relationships with customers and account managers.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team in Allentown, PA. Flex drivers cover for dedicated accounts where needed across multiple locations. Please note this is not a home daily position.

CDL-A Dedicated Flex Truck Driver qualifications:

CDL-A Dedicated Flex Truck Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Completing deliveries to location(s) based on daily manifest as well as picking up potential returns, as needed
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all DOT regulations and guidelines
• Building relationships through excellent communication with customers and account managers
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
