A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Westfield, MA is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time CDL-A Dedicated Flex Truck Driver to join our team.

You will cover dedicated accounts with a mix of touch and no touch freight. We offer competitive flat rates for local runs and sleep-out days, weekly pay, modern day cab tractors, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL to operate tractor-trailers.
• Hazmat endorsement required to start.
• Tanker endorsement to start or obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Non-exempted DOT medical card (medical certificate).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clear driving record with few violations in last 3 years.
• Ability to communicate in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries to locations based on daily manifest.
• Pick up potential returns when needed.
• Ensure security and safety of tractor and freight; follow DOT rules.
• Build strong relationships with customers and account managers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
