Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a CDL-A driver to haul containers on flatbed trailers and securely strap PODS on their beds. This role involves 2-4 loads weekly with 2-7 stops per load, driving across all 48 states from Edmond, OK area.

Strong home time and weekly guarantees are highlighted in the program. Eligible drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL, live within 50 miles of Oklahoma City, OK, and be comfortable with mileage and on-duty pay.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
