Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for dedicated hauling roles within our Schneider Dedicated driving program. You will handle flatbed loads of building materials, unload with moffetts, and deliver to homes and job sites within a defined radius.

Expect a Monday–Saturday schedule starting early mornings, with 15–20 loads per week and multiple stops. We offer strong pay, sign-on bonuses, orientation, PTO after six months, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 45 miles of Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Responsibilities

• Haul building materials on flatbed trailers.
• Unload freight with moffetts.
• Haul freight directly to homeowners, job sites, businesses, etc.
• Perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• Deliver 15–20 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
