Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL-A drivers for dedicated hauling within Minnesota and nearby states. You will haul building materials on flatbed trailers, unload with moffetts, and deliver to homes, job sites, and businesses with a focus on safe, precise backing and timely schedules.

The position offers an hourly pay structure with weekly performance pay, a generous sign-on bonus, paid orientation, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
• Live within 45 miles of Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Responsibilities

• Haul building materials on flatbed trailers.
• Unload freight with moffetts.
• Haul freight directly to homeowners, job sites, businesses, etc.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• Make 15–20 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
• Drive within 150 miles of Inver Grove Heights, MN.
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday starting at 0545.
