Herman N Logistics seeks a CDL-A dedicated solo driver for a high-earning, limited-access route starting near Millsboro, DE. Drive 53' reefer trailers handling fresh poultry for a multi-state Northeast footprint, with premium CPM, sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Choose a Mon–Fri or Sun–Thurs schedule with late-evening dispatches, weekly 34-hour resets, and day-one PTO accrual. Drivers must have 3 months CDL-A experience and pass post-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of CDL-A experience within the past 6 months.
• Clean results from hair follicle and urine drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Haul dedicated 53' reefer trailers carrying poultry.
• Route through 13 Northeast states with 2,121 miles across 3 loads and 5 stops weekly.
