Job summary

The Driving Desk is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional reefer account based in Joppatowne, MD. This full-time position offers weekly home time, preloaded trailers, and consistent freight throughout the Northeast.

Drivers haul refrigerated poultry to distribution centers with live unloads and 3 loads per week, visiting NYC and surrounding areas. Expect competitive weekly pay and a strong benefits package as part of a stable, year-round operation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience.
• Comfortable operating refrigerated equipment in the Northeast, including NYC.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated poultry to distribution centers with preloaded trailers.
• Perform live unloads and occasional driver unloads depending on customer location.
• Operate 53-foot refrigerated trailers in the Northeast region including NYC area.
• Maintain safety and DOT compliance while delivering to multiple stops per week.
• Utilize an activity-based pay plan and meet company performance targets.
