ATG Recruiting is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for a dedicated regional role based in Rome, GA. You'll operate routes within the Southeast, with weekend home time and 100% driver unload.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,600 plus $250 per-load unload pay, with benefits and modern equipment. Expect consistent freight movement across an established network, with company-paid orientation and additional pay types such as mileage, stops, and detention as applicable.

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum three months of recent local or regional tractor-trailer experience within the past year.
• Experience operating equipment with a 40-foot or longer trailer.
• Drivers must meet DOT regulatory standards.

Steady freight movement across an established customer network gives CDL-A drivers a dependable weekly schedule with planned weekend home time. This dedicated account combines consistent regional routes with defined freight assignments and weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,600.

Drivers service the same customer network across the Southeast, with occasional Midwest deliveries. Routes are planned to return drivers home each weekend, typically Friday or Saturday. Staying within the same customer network provides a familiar freight setup and dependable weekly schedule.

Freight & Delivery Structure

Freight is 100% driver unload using roller carts.

• $250 unload compensation per load
• Dedicated scheduling with consistent weekly routes
• Southeast deliveries with occasional Midwest freight

Drivers remain with the same dedicated customer network rather than moving between unrelated freight.

Pay Structure

Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,600, including CPM and $250 per-load unload pay. Drivers also receive mileage, stop, and detention pay as applicable. Company-paid orientation is provided upon successful onboarding.

Fleet Information

• Freightliner Cascadia tractors with automatic transmission
• Equipment maintained under three years old
• Take truck home permitted
• Assigned dry van trailers
• EZ Pass and PrePass provided

Tractors are assigned to drivers for a familiar equipment setup from week to week.
