Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC in Pensacola, FL is seeking drivers for a dedicated freight role. You will run general and refrigerated freight, average 2,500-3,000 miles per week, with home weekly scheduling and weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,550.

Home Time: Home weekly | Pay: $1,400 to $1,550 per week

Freight: General and refrigerated freight | Location: Pensacola, FL 32501

Run dedicated customer freight with lane familiarity, consistent weekly miles, home weekly scheduling, and weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,550.

Compensation And Earnings

Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,550 based on experience and miles. You'll receive quarterly raises tied to your safety record and productivity. After 30 days, guaranteed minimum pay helps protect your income during slower freight periods. During orientation, you'll earn $100 per day, with all travel expenses covered.

Your Freight and Routes

You'll haul a mix of general and refrigerated freight, averaging 2,500-3,000 miles per week. Our consistent customer base provides steady freight volume, which helps support reliable paychecks and predictable schedules. Freight planning is built around steady weekly miles, consistent route flow, and home weekly scheduling.

Dispatch communication stays consistent throughout the week, helping drivers understand load timing, route expectations, and available support before each trip begins.

Equipment and Technology

Our fleet consists of late-model Kenworth T680s, 4 years or newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release.

Drivers are home weekly, with scheduling based on freight needs and route planning. Our Driver Support Specialists are available to assist with route planning, equipment issues, and any questions that arise while you're on the road.

What We're Looking For
