Route & Home Time: Drivers run between Jacksonville and Houston and Laredo, Texas, before returning home for a weekly reset. The recurring lane pattern supports productive miles while allowing drivers to become familiar with the route and customer locations. Consistent freight helps drivers establish a dependable weekly routine while balancing time on the road with scheduled home time.
The combination of no-touch freight and established customer lanes allows drivers to spend more time driving and less time waiting at shipping and receiving facilities.
Equipment: International ProStar tractors feature automatic transmissions, APUs, and inverters to provide added comfort throughout the workweek. The equipment is well suited for multi-day regional trips, giving drivers the amenities needed to remain comfortable and productive between pickups and deliveries.
Orientation: Orientation lasts three days. Transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals are provided, and drivers receive a $500 orientation bonus upon successful completion. During onboarding, drivers become familiar with company procedures, lane expectations, and dispatch operations before transitioning into regular freight assignments with continued support.
Valid CDL-A license required. Current DOT Medical Card required. Minimum of 6 months of recent regional or OTR tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months. Pre-made teams are welcome.
