MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Truck Driver in Sherrill, AR to transport construction equipment and materials between jobsites. The role includes loading, securing loads, performing basic vehicle maintenance, and ensuring safety protocols across operations.

Qualified candidates have a GED or higher, 1–2 years of related experience, and a valid Class A CDL. The position requires attention to load limits, daily truck inspections, and communication with site teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year certificate from college or technical school and/or 1–2 years related experience.
• Previous experience with transporting construction equipment and materials.
• Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Secure loads, aware of load limits (weights).
• Vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Haul counterweights for cranes and other materials.
• Haul water, sand and gravel.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Communicate equipment and material issues between office/shop/jobsite.
• Daily inspection of truck.
• Obtain required permits.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Perform basic maintenance of the truck (gas, oil, cleanliness).
• Advise Superintendent if trucks need major repairs and maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
