365 Freight USA in the Chicago area is offering a paid mentor program for new CDL-A graduates. You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school.

After training, you will drive your own truck on routes originating from Chicago and surrounding areas, building real over-the-road experience with a structured path to solo driving and competitive weekly pay. We provide full benefits after training and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school is required.
• Clean motor vehicle record is expected.
• No prior driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid 4–6 week mentor program on the road.
• Learn safe driving practices, trip planning, and basic dispatch communication.
• Transition to solo driving after mentorship and begin routes from the Chicago area.
