Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the day-to-day responsibilities of professional driving beyond CDL school.

After successful training, you will transition to your own truck and may earn $1,600–$1,800 per week. Benefits start after training in a structured career path toward becoming a solo driver.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No previous professional driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• During training, ride with an experienced driver to learn day-to-day driving.
• Learn safe driving and trip planning.
• Handle pickups and deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch and coordinate routes.
• Transition to solo driving on Ann Arbor, MI routes after training.
