Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings is hiring CDL-A shuttle drivers for local, home-daily routes out of our Pontiac, MI terminal. Local shuttle operations with first shift openings and overtime opportunities are available.

You will transport materials between warehouses, secure loads, and maintain DOT compliance. We seek reliable drivers with a clean safety record who can follow DOT regulations, communicate effectively, and adapt to onboarding assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record with strong safety history.
• Ability to follow DOT and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials between warehouse and designated locations.
• Secure loads using chains or straps as required.
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures when entering facilities.
• Check in with dispatch/management for assignments.
• Maintain DOT compliance at all times.
• Be flexible with assignments during onboarding period.

Universal Dedicated is seeking reliable CDL-A shuttle drivers for our Pontiac, MI terminal. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with consistent local freight, stable scheduling, and long-term growth potential.

Position Details:

• Local shuttle operations (home daily)
• 1st shift openings!
• Overtime typically 1-5 hours per week
• Light touch freight (No loading/unloading)

Responsibilities:

• Transport materials between warehouse and designated locations
• Secure loads using chains or straps as required
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures when entering facilities
• Check in with dispatch/management for assignments
• Maintain DOT compliance at all times
• Be flexible with assignments during initial onboarding period
