Spec on the Job in Palmdale, CA is seeking a CDL-A Combo Lane Driver to join our operations.

Schedule includes split shifts with sleeper berth, 12–14 hour days, and overnight driving. You’ll earn $27.00/hour with estimated annual earnings of $85,000–$100,000+ and maintain logs and DOT/HOS compliance for on‑time deliveries.

Drivers stay in the truck 3–4 days at a time, with consistent hourly pay and predictable income. This role requires attention to safety, reliability, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• Comfortable with split shifts and sleeper berth.
• Ability to work longer structured days.
• Strong reliability and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run combo lane / split loads.
• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely.
• Perform inspections and maintain logs (ELD).
• Follow DOT & HOS regulations and ensure on-time deliveries.
