AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is looking for CDL A Team Linehaul Drivers for regional and interstate routes. The role involves operating commercial vehicles in teams, ensuring efficiency and safety during transport with high weekly miles.

We're seeking CDL A Team Linehaul Drivers for regional and interstate routes. Work with a partner in a sleeper cab environment, run high weekly miles, and enjoy drop and hook freight with predictable schedules.
Team Linehaul Drivers operate commercial vehicles with various trailer combinations across intra-state and inter-state routes in cohabitation with another Team Linehaul Driver on a several days long route assignment. This includes travel between company service centers and meet-and-turn points. Drivers may also be responsible for sorting, loading, unloading, and handling freight as needed. The position requires strict adherence to safety, compliance, and performance standards to ensure the efficient and secure transportation of freight.
Operate commercial vehicles safely while adhering to all state and federal regulations, including traffic laws, hours of service, and hazmat transportation requirements.
Meet DOT medical standards and maintain a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of company equipment and report any defects.
Operate company-provided IT equipment in compliance with policy to record ELD, VIR, trip, and dispatch information.
Ensure proper cargo securement to prevent damage during transport.
Load, unload, and secure freight as required.
Maintain communication with dispatch and adhere to trip scheduling requirements.
Exhibit professional conduct and represent the company in a positive manner with customers and team members.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience
Driving record reflecting no more than two moving violations in the past three years

This position requires but is not limited to the following physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, material moving, lifting, and reaching. In addition, this position requires but is not limited to the following cognitive requirements: Maintain situational awareness, read manifests, interpret navigation, and identify shipment labels accurately. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
This position operates in various environments, including indoor docks, enclosed sleeper cab, and outdoor areas. Work may occur in extreme temperatures, inclement weather, low-light conditions, and around moving equipment or other personnel engaged in freight handling.
Days: Monday through Sunday (varies by business needs) Shifts: AM/PM schedules are determined by operational requirements and subject to change. Continuous run based on business needs, which typically consists of 5 days on and 2 days off.
