10-4 Truck Recruiting is seeking CDL A drivers for local, regional, OTR, lease-purchase and Owner-Operator roles near Champaign, IL. We provide training and support to help you start solo and build experience, with home time weekly and steady miles in dry-van lanes across IA, IL, OH.

Recent graduates welcome. Applicants must be 21+, have a CDL A, complete 120 hours of truck driving school, and be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen. Compensation features strong starting pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 120 hours of truck driving school instruction.
• Recent grads/no experience should begin CDL training for 4–6 weeks at $650 weekly.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional/dedicated lanes with Dry Van loads.
• Maintain DOT compliance including physicals and drug screening.
• Utilize provided training and progress toward solo driving.
