Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Catalyst Equipment Operator to drive and operate power equipment safely in industrial settings, including vacuum truck operations. The role requires DOT compliance and the ability to handle heavy equipment.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, 1 year behind an 18-wheeler, a valid Class A CDL, TWIC or ability to obtain, and the willingness to travel and respond to emergencies around the clock.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience required behind an 18-wheeler.
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• No Restrictions.
• Must be capable of driving manual transmission truck.
• Must possess a valid Transportation Workers Identification card (TWIC) or be able to obtain one.
• Must possess a Medical Examiner’s Certificate or be able to obtain one.
• Must be capable of passing a personal preemployment screen.
• Must be capable of passing an MVR screen.
• Commercial Driver - Pneumatic/Vacuum Operator runs under the FMCSA 70-hour rule.
• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.
• Willing to respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week as needed.
• Willing to perform all required job duties in accordance with training.
• Willing to perform all job duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Willing to understand and follow all given directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up all necessary equipment in accordance with operation training, guidelines and safety procedures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
• Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial settings.
• Manually clean, install, fit repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment.
• Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc.
• Wash and clean company equipment – Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc.
• General housekeeping – sweeping floors, taking out trash, and helping keep work areas clean and organized.
• Help with future job loadouts or unloads from previous jobs – Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas.
