Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Pneumatic/Vacuum Truck Operator to drive and operate all power equipment safely under DOT guidelines. You will set up, inspect, and operate equipment while adhering to safety policies in a heavy-industrial environment.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 1 year behind an 18-wheeler, valid CDL with Tanker Endorsement, TWIC card, and ability to travel. Willingness to respond to emergencies 24/7 is essential.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 years’ experience required behind an 18-wheeler.
  • Must possess a valid Class A or B CDL.
  • Must have a Tanker Endorsement.
  • Must have NO AUTO restrictions. Must be capable of legally driving manual transmission.
  • Must possess a valid TWIC card or be able to obtain one.
  • Must be capable of passing a personal background screen.
  • Must be capable of passing an MVR background screen.
  • Commercial Driver - Pneumatic/Vacuum Operator runs under the FMCSA 70-hour rule.
  • Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.
  • Willing to respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week as needed.
  • Willing to perform all required job duties in accordance with training.
  • Willing to perform all job duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Willing to understand and follow all given directions.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up all necessary equipment in accordance with operation training, guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
  • Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial settings.
  • Manually clean, install, fit repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment.
  • Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc.
  • Wash and clean company equipment – Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc.
  • General housekeeping – sweeping floors, taking out trash, and helping keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs – Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas.
