Job summary

Dyno Nobel, Inc. is hiring a Bulk Truck Operator in Rathdrum, ID to operate trucks and equipment delivering commercial explosives safely and efficiently. You will support SME site operations, perform quality checks, and navigate varied terrain to customer sites with a strong emphasis on safety.

This role requires a CDL Class A or B with air brakes, hazmat preferred, and ability to read, write and communicate in English. Expect early starts and physical work, with a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required.
• Air Brakes endorsement required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must pass ATF background check to handle explosives.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Need flexibility for early morning shifts and long days.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dyno Nobel trucks and equipment to deliver explosives safely and on time.
• Assist in local SME plant tasks including prep and QC of chemical solutions.
• Drive and unload loads to company or customer sites, including off-road routes.
• Maintain records and reports on handling and transport of explosives per policies.
