Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring a Breeder Driver- CDL in Sauk Rapids, MN. The role drives pullet moving trucks, vaccinates birds, and assists with equipment and cage handling while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position requires a Class A license, ability to lift heavy objects, forklift certification, and a strong driving record. You’ll work Monday–Friday with some weekend work and benefit from vision, medical, and dental coverage after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Class A license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift certification preferred; use of pullet moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive pullet moving trucks to barns and load cages carefully.
• Assist in 12- and 17-week vaccination of pullets.
• Assist in spent hen load outs and equipment repairs.
• Support forklift operation during pullet moves and ensure safety policies.
