About the Role:

The Boom Truck Operator plays a critical role in safely and efficiently transporting, lifting, and placing heavy materials and equipment at various job sites. This position requires operating a boom truck to perform lifting tasks that support construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects. The operator must ensure all lifts are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and damage. Coordination with site supervisors and team members is essential to align lifting operations with project timelines and requirements. Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-A/B) with appropriate endorsements for operating boom trucks.


• Proven experience operating boom trucks or similar heavy lifting equipment.


• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe rigging practices.


• Ability to read and interpret load charts and lifting plans.


• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in crane or boom truck operation from a recognized training program.


• Experience working in construction, utilities, or industrial environments.
