Job summary

Imperial Beverage is hiring a delivery driver in Traverse City, Michigan. You will haul and deliver beer, wine and spirits to customers, greet customers with a smile, and work a 3-day weekend schedule from the Traverse City warehouse.

The role requires a CDL-A, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work 10+ hours daily in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Current Commercial Driver's License - Class A CDL.
• 19 years of age or older.
• Reliable personal cell phone with text/calls capability.
• Customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work with varying shift end times.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 165 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to the warehouse in the morning for pre-trip inspection.
• Verify accuracy and loading of product on the truck.
• Deliver to grocery stores, gas stations, bars and restaurants.
• Unload product and deliver each case and keg to designated areas.
• Collect payments for product.
• Resolve and report customer issues and requests.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely per DOT rules.
• Return to the warehouse after deliveries are complete.
• Verify returns, empty containers and payments collected.
