Job summary

7G Distributing is hiring a delivery driver to service eastern Iowa. The role trains a Delivery Helper in-house and requires operating a company truck for beer deliveries with a four-day work week (Tuesday through Friday).

You’ll receive CDL A training if needed and enjoy strong benefits including PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, and health coverage options. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL A within 90 days, maintain a safe driving record, and be able to lift up to 165 lbs.

Qualifications

• Completed all Entry Level Driver Training requirements.
• Valid commercial driver’s license within 90 days of employment.
• Meet motor vehicle insurability requirements.
• Be able to bend, stoop, push and pull repetitively at times.
• Lift up to 165 lbs. periodically; lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicle on assigned routes to deliver beer products timely and safely.
• Check in product with Store Manager or Receiver per store policy.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept truck and trailer; perform post-trip inspections.
• Complete paperwork accurately: invoices, load sheets, reconciliations, returns.
