Job summary

Smith Transport is seeking CDL-A or CDL-B tanker drivers for steady freight, reliable schedules, and strong pay. The 7-Axle tanker division offers consistent work, predictable home time, and excellent weekly earnings.

Starting pay is $26/hour with overtime after 40 hours; annual earnings exceed $104,000 on average. Expect 60–65 hours per week and regular raises at 6, 9, and 12 months. Per diem pay and company-paid lodging are provided for drivers outside the Washington, PA region.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL license.
• Minimum 6+ months experience.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Must operate 18-speed manual trucks.
• DOT drug & alcohol program compliance may be required.
