Job summary

Rentals To Go LLC is seeking Driver/Service Technicians in Lubbock, TX to operate a service truck, service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks across local, regional, and OTR routes. The role exposes you to outdoor conditions and requires safety-first driving with DOT compliance.

Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, 1 year driving experience, and a valid CDL (A/B). Competitive benefits and opportunities for development are provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year general vehicle driving experience.
• Valid Driver License CDL Class A or CDL Class B.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with RTG and DOT requirements.
• Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with RTG and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.
• Lift/push between 50 and 150 lbs on a frequent basis during shift.
• Service portable toilets and holding tanks to RTG standards.
• Interact with customers on sites to ensure services meet expectations.
• Be flexible to adjust routes to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager for efficiency and service quality.
• Plan for customer needs by discussing portable toilet requirements.
