Overview

WE ARE GROWING! Great LOCAL opportunity for CDL A or B Drivers with tanker endorsements and Roll Off Experience WITH NO RESTRICTIONS.

Must live within a 30 mile commute.

Responsibilities

Will be working primarily local (2 hr radius)

• Operate commercial motor vehicles. Roll Off truck driver role open.
• Other trucks you will be trained on such as Vacuum, Tankers, Box and Dump Trucks.
• Ensure the truck remains in proper and safe working order and that routine and required maintenance occurs on a timely basis.
• Maintain daily e-logs, safety & inspection reports, expense reports, project reports while ensuring they are properly completed.
• Must be willing to perform manual labor related tasks to support projects.
• Ensure the company’s health and safety culture, policies and requirements are met.
• Comply with all Federal, State and local laws regulating safe driving and the safe and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to be on call for emergency response (on a rotational schedule basis).
• Ability to perform work based on task conditions and hazards.
• Maintain appropriate driver's license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker.
• Clear Driving Record.
• Experience driving manual transmission only.
• History of DOT compliance and safety is required.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Ability to travel overnight as required on occasion.
• Frequently lift 40-50 pounds.
• Willingness & ability to frequently climb ladders, stairs, etc.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Must currently possess both Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements prior to joining the Shamrock team.
• Valid history of job stability.
• 2+ years or more of driving experience.
