Job summary

Morales Beverage Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Delivery Driver with CDL A or B to ensure safe, accurate, and timely product deliveries. You will provide excellent customer service, follow safety protocols, and report delivery activities precisely.

Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, you will load and unload goods, maintain delivery records, and collaborate with warehouse teams to meet schedule commitments while adhering to company policies and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous delivery driver or distribution experience preferred.
• Valid Class A or B driver's license; reliable transportation.
• Box Truck/Straight Truck/Trailer experience preferred.
• Driving record must meet DOT and MVR guidelines.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Strong time management, customer service, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work out-of-town, early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of goods to designated locations with timely deliveries; overnight stays may be required.
• Load, unload, and secure products; use docks, forklifts, dollies and ramps.
• Provide professional customer service and address delivery inquiries.
• Maintain records of deliveries, receipts, and inventory logs.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle; report repairs as needed.
• Adhere to road safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Follow safety standards for handling fragile, heavy, or oversized items.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery requirements.
