Job summary

Morales Beverage Group seeks a Delivery Driver, CDL A, for the Farmer's Branch location. You will safely transport products to customer sites, provide excellent service, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

This full-time role requires 21+ years, a valid Class A license, DOT/MVR compliance, and flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and out-of-town deliveries; a stable schedule with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar distribution role preferred.
• Hold a valid Class A driver’s license and ensure reliable, insured transportation is maintained.
• Box Truck/Straight Truck/Trailer experience preferred.
• Driving record must be within DOT and MVR policy guidelines throughout employment.
• Strong time management, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using GPS systems and operating multiple mobile device platforms.
• Role requires flexibility to work out-of-town, early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Goods: Safely transport goods to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries that align with the assigned schedule.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load, unload, and secure products to prevent damage during transport.
• Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous interactions with customers, addressing any delivery-related inquiries or concerns effectively.
• Inventory Management: Maintain records of deliveries, including signatures, receipts, inventory logs, and invoices.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to road safety regulations, traffic laws and company policies, including proper documentation.
• Safety Protocols: Follow safety standards for handling and transporting goods.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for accurate loading and delivery fulfillment.
