Service Technician Description

Our Service Departments, with seven busy franchise lines, require talented Technicians to diagnose and perform quality repairs on customer vehicles, ensuring they stay on the road.

The ideal Service Technician is organized, able to multitask effectively, detail-oriented, and capable of clearly documenting failures, remedies, and testing procedures.

They should be skilled in running diagnostic tests to identify the cause of customer complaints efficiently.

Preferred candidates have at least 2 years of experience and proficiency with relevant technology. Manufacturer training is provided and required; ASE certification is a plus.

Technicians will be provided with specialty tools but must supply their own basic tool set.

Technicians are expected to be comfortable with various technologies including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and manufacturer websites.

A valid driver’s license and a clean records check are required.
