Job summary

Saint Clare's Health is seeking a CDS Supervisor to lead the clinical documentation improvement program across the facility. You will supervise CDS staff and coordinate with the CDI/Data Quality Director and Health Information leadership to enhance documentation quality and coding accuracy.

Responsibilities include collaboration with medical staff, developing strategies to improve documentation, and ensuring compliance with coding standards while supporting other departments in patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or license in nursing/medicine; CCS certification supported within 6 months.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement and coding structures.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve the clinical documentation improvement program.
• Supervise CDS staff and coordinate with CDI/Data Quality leadership.
