Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, HIM, or health informatics.
- RN or RHIA certification.
- Certifications in coding/clinical documentation recommended.

- Performs patient record reviews to ensure complete, accurate documentation supporting hospitalization and treatment.
- Present queries to physicians to clarify unclear or incomplete documentation.
- Collaborates with coders and clinicians to validate DRG assignments and improve documentation quality.
