Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a FEC CDD Team Lead to manage a team of analysts responsible for onboarding and monitoring clients in line with AML policies. You will oversee day-to-day CDD reviews through a complex internal setup and ensure each file meets KYC requirements.

The role includes people management, project support, UAT testing of KYC tools, and documenting procedures. The position requires leadership of analysts, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and alignment with policy and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong BSA/AML knowledge.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading and/or guiding role in the strategic approach of a network to be investigated.
• Review customer surveys and provide substantive feedback to the team.
• Support the team in planning actions to reduce financial crime risks for network-related customers.
• Develop team skills in client due diligence (CIP, CDD, EDD).
• Drive process improvement in data quality, efficiency and control.
• Organize trainings with Front Office to improve product knowledge.
