What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of project management experience with federally funded projects
- 5+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of in-depth knowledge of CDBG/CDBG-DR programs and regulations
- Disaster recovery experience at the grantee level or with a consulting firm

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with FEMA and other disaster recovery funding mechanisms
- Business capture and development experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex teams and deliver quality work
- Experience with state and local governments in disaster recovery initiatives
