Job summary

StaffVengers LLC is seeking an Early Childcare Teacher Assistant with CDA to support the classroom teacher in a structured educational environment in the DC area.

The TA will assist with developing and implementing strategies for outcomes, collaborate on IEP goals, and help with classroom materials, parent communications, and daily activities, while meeting age-related qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Current CDA credential or plan to obtain CDA within two years.
• AA or higher degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in promoting a healthy, positive, safe, structured learning environment.
• Collaborate with teacher on progress, goals, and student development.
• Prepare instructional materials and support small groups or individuals.
• Maintain classroom documentation and assist with daily classroom activities.
• Support parent communications and participate in team meetings.
