Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement immediate care plan changes to promote patient safety.
• Serve as a resource for patients, families, and staff.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing ratios.
• Support daily unit operations and communicate patient care or safety concerns.
• Assist with performance management.
• Ensure adequate supplies, equipment functionality, and inventory levels.
• Oversee nursing staff during assigned shift.
