Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN license and state licensure required.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Document care, assessments, and education in the medical record.
• Respond to emergencies, participate in code team activities, and ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans.
