Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.

• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience, 1 year in supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership for CCMH Coronary Care Unit during shift.
• Develop and implement department plans, including performance improvement activities.
• Conduct orientation and training of staff; communicate with physicians and administration.
• Supervise, direct and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient unit operations and quality patient care.
