Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time CCTV Operator / Incident Coordinator for Milwaukee events. The role requires monitoring CCTV, logging incidents, and coordinating with security, medical, and police teams.

You will manage emergency and non-emergency calls and prioritize responses to protect attendees and property. The position is evening/weekend oriented and requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and experience with CCTV software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with CCTV software is strongly preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls during events.
• Log all two-way radio communication regarding security, medical, and police.
• Monitor venue CCTV during all phases of events to ensure safety.
• Maintain logs of incidents and radio calls for post-event review.
• Prioritize radio calls according to urgency and direct crews to locations.
