  • Review security guard reports and activity to verify compliance with company policies, post orders, patrol requirements, and assigned responsibilities.
  • Audit security reports for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and potential concerns requiring additional review.

  • Escalate suspected theft, significant asset loss, serious policy violations, unauthorized access, or other high-risk findings to Security Management.
  • Report camera outages, obstructed views, poor camera positioning, recording issues, or other surveillance deficiencies to the Security Systems Operator.
  • Maintain accurate records of surveillance reviews, audits, investigations, findings, and outstanding security concerns.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance footage, investigations, employee information, access control data, and company assets.
  • Perform work under direct supervision and refer complex or sensitive issues to the Security Manager or Security Systems Operator.
