Park Security Systems is seeking a Security Installation Technician to install and service CCTV and access control systems in Altoona, PA. You will read floor plans, wire low-voltage networks, and train customers on system use.

This full-time, in-person position requires hands-on field work and a proactive problem-solving approach. We offer on-the-job training, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health, dental & vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites and ability to climb ladders.
• Experience pulling cabling and using power and hand tools.
• Steady work history with 3+ years.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire low-voltage security systems - CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Service and maintain LV systems: Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Networks.
• Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents.
• Respond to and resolve support/service tickets.
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices.
• Maintain remote access databases: DVR, Access Control and Alarm systems.
• Train clients on use of systems.
