Job summary

Park Security Systems in Altoona, PA invites an experienced Security Installation Technician to install and service CCTV, access control, and alarm systems for homes and businesses in the community.

This full-time, in-person role requires ladder work, cabling, and the ability to read floor plans while delivering hands-on support, training clients, and responding to service tickets with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm system installation.
• Familiarity with DVR/NVR systems and access control platforms.
• Ability to read floor plans and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Service and maintain LV systems: Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Networks.
• Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents.
• Respond to and resolve support/service tickets.
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices.
• Maintain remote access databases: DVR, Access Control and Alarm systems.
• Train clients on use of systems.
