Job summary

Aspiranet in Merced, CA is seeking a Bilingual Child and Family Social Worker to provide leadership within the Intensive Home-Based Services program. • Meet with team members for case updates and care coordination.
• Use rapport-building and motivational strategies to increase parent engagement.
• Adjust schedule to meet families’ availability (school hours, evenings as needed).
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call schedule to provide crisis support.
• Ensure services are culturally responsive and linguistically appropriate for Spanish-speaking families.

Pay Range: $70,304.00- $72,104.00

The salary range for this position is $70,304 - $72,104 per annual year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences. Position Summary

The Social Worker (SW) provides case management services directly to children, youth and families. The SW coordinates, conducts and documents assessments, screenings, child and
family meetings, related program trainings, case plans, home visits, case documentation, reports,
interventions, on-call support which facilitate successful outcomes for children, youth and
families.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required:

• Masters Degree in in social work related field OR Bachelors Degree in social work related field and two years of relevant work experience
• Commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based, family-centered practice

Work Environment & Schedule

• On-site role in Merced, CA.
• Travel within Merced County.
