Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum of 24 semester units in Child Development or Early Childhood Education
- Three years of teaching experience in a classroom as a Lead, Home Base Visitor or Applied Behavior Analysis Specialist (ABA) with children ages zero to five
- Experience developing, organizing, planning and conducting training on Early Childhood related topics
- Working knowledge and experience with reflective practice
- Working knowledge and experience with California Department of Education’s Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP) System
- Working knowledge and experience with Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework
- Working knowledge and experience with California Infant/Toddler and Preschool Learning Foundations
- Working knowledge and experience with California Infant/Toddler and Preschool Curriculum Frameworks
- Working knowledge and experience with Classroom Assessment Scoring System
- Working knowledge and experience with Environmental Rating Scale
- Working knowledge and experience with Ages & Stages Questionnaire
- Ability to implement the listed systems
- Willingness to be trained in Creative Curriculum Fidelity and Practice Base Coaching Model within 90 days of hire
- Current auto insurance, current California Driver’s License and DMV clearance required for driving on behalf of CCRC
- Background check required
- Applicable background, health, Live Scan/DOJ fingerprinting, MVR/DMV, Child Development Permit, CPR/Pediatric CPR, and/or Federal Debarment clearances as determined by the role and program
