Job summary

Satellite seeks a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision, following state scope rules. Qualifications

• Six months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician.
• CA CHT certification requirements may apply at CA locations.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision per state scope of practice.
• Meet and greet patients on the treatment floor and ensure their comfort.
• Advocate for patients and communicate pertinent information to the care team.

Skills

Education

High School Diploma

G.E.D. certificate

CHT certification (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO)

California Dept. of Public Health CHT certification

Current CPR certification
