Job summary

Entergy Louisiana, LLC is seeking a Production Technician III, II, I or CRO to operate and maintain a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine facility. The role emphasizes safety, procedure adherence and continuous performance improvement by staff and contractors.

Successful candidates will engage in a multi-year progression plan, meet qualification requirements, and work 12-hour shifts with day/night rotations. Primary location is Sterlington, LA, with onsite work expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 Year Associate's Degree in Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation/Controls or Production/Process Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Education may be substituted with related work experience per role requirements.
• EEI POSS/MASS testing is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain systems of a CCGT facility with emphasis on safety and process adherence.
• Participate in multi-skill progression to develop maintenance and operations capabilities.
• Perform inspections, calibrations, installations, repairs and troubleshooting of instrumentation and electrical equipment.
• Operate control boards, conduct rounds, perform PM/PDM activities, monitor HRSG water chemistry and CEMS calibrations.
